Permits & Forms

The City of Maumee does not provide same day permits.  All permit applications must be reviewed and approved by the Zoning Administrator and CBO before the application can be processed.  Most permit approvals will be sent my email within 24-48 hours.

City of Maumee Building & Inspection provides permits and inspects the following areas:
City of Maumee (NOT Monclova or Springfield Township), Village of Holland and Village of Whitehouse

The City of Maumee Inspection Division accepts credit/debit card payments.  Payments can be made at the Building Inspection Department or by emailing or faxing in a credit card remittance form.  Credit card remittance forms can be found in the Permit sections below. They will be shredded after payment is processed.
