There are 12 City Parks and one launch ramp on the Maumee River in the City of Maumee with varying amenities.  None of the shelter houses require reservations and instead operate on a first come first served basis.  If you have any suggestions for improvement, please let us know by calling 419-897-7150 or emailing

andersonpkAnderson Park
Located on the corner of Anderson Street at Craig Road.

This park is located in a quiet neighborhood and has no scheduled sports activities.  There is a shelter house with picnic tables and charcoal grills but no outlets.  It also contains playground equipment, tennis court, and a 1/3 mile paved walking trail.

A *restroom key can be picked up on the second floor of the Municipal Building for a $50 refundable deposit.  Please call first.

Epstein Park
Located in Arrowhead Business Park off Woodlands Drive, 2005 Indian Wood Circle.

This park contains walking trails that are frequented by walkers and joggers.

Fairfield Park
Located on Eastfield Drive at Fairfield School.

This park is located in a quiet neighborhood and is attached to Fairfield School.  There are Little League ball fields for scheduled games, a concession stand, and restrooms.  It also contains playground equipment, a 1/3 mile paved walking trail, and skate board / inline skate facility. 
The Fairfield Skate Park is open from March through November (weather permitting).  During school year open from 4:00 PM till Dark and during Summer open 9:00 AM till Dark.  Park is locked and unlocked by the Maumee Police Department.  They can be contacted at 419-897-7007.

Ford Park

Located on the corner of Ford Street and the Anthony Wayne Trail.

This park contains Little League lighted ball fields for scheduled games as well as concession stands, restrooms, paved parking, and playground equipment.

Gateway Middle School Park
Located at the corner of Sackett Street and Gibbs Street.

This park contains a Little League lighted ball field, soccer fields, restrooms, and concession stand.
Restrooms only open when Little League is playing. 


Hugo Park

Located on Hugo Street, adjacent to Anderson Park.

This park contains playground equipment as well as the use of the amenities at Anderson Park.

This park is in a quiet neighborhood and had no scheduled sports activities.  There is a shelter house with a picnic table.  It also contains playground equipment, two lighted tennis courts, a baseball field, and basketball net.

Monclova Park
Located on Monclova Road across from St. Luke's Hospital, 5958 Monclova Rd.

This park contains playground equipment, shelter house with electrical outlet, picnic tables, *restrooms, and a practice ball field. 

Rolf Park
Located on Cass Road at the Ohio Turnpike, 2115 Cass Rd.

Rolf Park houses the City Pool which is open during the summer months.  There are soccer fields and eight softball fields, which require scheduling through the Rolf Park Softball Manager (Adult Softball Information).  It also contains a concession stand, small playground, shelter house, charcoal grills, *restrooms, and a .9 mile paved walking path.

Located on E. Harrison Street at White Street.

Towpath walking trail runs along the banks of the Maumee River with wonderful views of the river and fishing access.  An excellent viewing place for the Annual July 3rd Maumee-Perrysburg Fireworks Display at Fort Meigs.  At its west end, Towpath Park connects to Side Cut Metropark where you can walk around the ruins of a lock. 


Union Park

Located at Union School on the corner of E. Broadway and Conant Streets.

Located on Valleygrove Drive.                   

Tennis court and playground equipment. 

Corey Street Launch Ramp
Located at the foot of Corey Street at the Maumee River, 500 Corey St.

The City maintains a small boat launch ramp which is free to the public.  There is limited parking and the boat must be 16 ft. or less.

*Restrooms are not available for use until mid-April.  This is dependent on the weather and having above freezing temperatures consistently.
