2009 SWIM LESSON SCHEDULE & FEES*  

  Session 1: June 10 - June 30
Session 2: July  6 - July 23
      Session 3:  July 27 - August 13

    *Explanation of Swim Lesson Fees - 2009

To hold participants accountable for lessons, the City will be charging a small fee for lessons at the Rolf Park Pool beginning Summer 2009.

Level I-V:  The cost of each class is $20.00.  This will cover one session of swimming.
Parent/Child, Toddler Time & Preschool:  Will cost $10.00 per session.
Stroke Technique/Fitness Training:  This course is 4 hours per week with extra day on Friday.  The cost of this course is $30.00 per swimmer.

These costs will cover 8 lessons for Level I-V and 4 lessons for Parent/Child, Toddler Time & Preschool.  Note that there are 4 additional classes for Level I-V and 2 additional classes for Parent/Child, Toddler Time & Preschool.  The purpose of the extra classes is if we run into bad weather and have to cancel.  We will not have make-up days if we have to cancel classes.  Lessons will be held on these days regardless if we do not cancel.  These will be considered "bonus" days if we do not have cancellations.

MULTI-FAMILY DISCOUNT:  If you are registering more than one child for lessons Level I-V who lives in your household, the charge for each additional class will be $10.00.  In order for this discount to apply, children must sign up for the same session.  Stroke Technique is $30.00 per swimmer.  If you have more than one swimmer participate in Stroke Technique, each additional child residing in your household will be $20.00.

Lessons are open to all people who reside in the corporation limits of Maumee.  This includes families who live in the Maumee School District.  When signing up for lessons, you must provide driver's license for proof of residency.  We will not accept pieces of mail as proof.  If you do not have a license with your correct address on it, you must provide a check with your address on it as well as a photo ID.

Please follow registration dates.  We will only register children for lessons during the registration dates.  Details are listed with the important dates.

Saturday Session:  June 13 - July 25 (No lesson on July 4)
