New at the Maumee Branch Library!!

This is a cooperative effort between the Maumee Council for the Arts and the Maumee Branch Library to offer a venue for local artists to display their works.  A new artist will be featured every 6 weeks.  Anyone interested in displaying their collection should contact Joe Ludwig at the Library, 419-259-5360.

Rudolph Schroeder is the current featured artist in the Gallery at Maumee Library.  Rudy has been fascinated his entire life with New York City and Hollywood productions of historic novels.  As a teenager he had a natural talent for drawing.  Rudolph served two years in the Marine Corp during the Korean War and graduated from North Carolina University.  His works are owned by Lee Iacocca, the White House, and America’s Cup skipper Dennis Conners, among others.  Rudy’s works were award “Best of Show” at the Fall 2000 Marine City Art Fair.  Stop by today and see his works.
