| The Maumee Municipal Court Probation Division
was established in April of 1993. Currently, there are three
full-time probation officers on staff. In 2002, the
Probation Division supervised approximately 2,300 people
placed on probation.
Any probation officer can help you with general and/or
specific questions about probation in that we do not assign
specific officers to monitor specific cases.
Questions/concerns we can help you with cover:
Questions about Monitored and Supervised Bond
requirements, presentence investigations, victim impact
statements, conditions of probation, probation violations
and/or probation violation court hearings, drug testing and
drug/alcohol treatment, mental health treatment, domestic
violence and anger management counseling, restitution, the
Victim Impact Panel Program, Intensive Probation Supervision
Program, and AA attendance.
