 Brent
Buehrer began serving his first term on Maumee City Council on
January 5, 1998. He
currently serves as chairman of the Environment and Public
Utilities Committees.
Mr. Buehrer also serves on the Code, Municipal Court,
Parks & Recreation, and Personnel Committees.
Brent was born January 3, 1964 and has
been a life long resident of Maumee.
Mr. Buehrer graduated from Maumee High School in 1982.
He graduated from Ohio State University in 1986 with a
B.S.B.A. in Architecture from the School of Architecture –
College of Engineering. He
then received his professional registration in Architecture
from the State of Ohio in 1993.
Brent works at Buehrer Group Architecture
& Engineering, Inc., a Maumee business since 1984.
He is a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, the
Uptown Business Association, Maumee Chamber of Commerce, and
American Institute of Architects.
He is also an Eagle Scout from troop 32 in 1981.
Brent is married to Michelle Buehrer
and has three children, Grant, Andrew, and Cate.
